Malewarebytes Pro broken

HP pavilion core i7 laptop running Win 7 pro. when I first noticed malewarebytes pro protection module wasn't working, .tried to launch manually. no go. suspected infection. Ran MS Security Essentials, then Kaspersky virus removal tool. Both found nothing. Also noticed Torch browser failed on launch, tried running chameleon or (winlogon.exe) operation failed. Tried to do several system restores; none took. Ran Combofix; it did some file deletion, but didn't fix my situation. I uninstalled Malewarebytes Premium, booted in safe mode, was now able to restore system to oldest restore point. rebooted and attempted to reinstall Malwarebytes, failed with several runtime errors. I deleted all mbam files with regedit, except the LEGACY ones; which were locked and would not allow me to delete those. Tried to reinstall, seemed to install; but whereas before when I tried to launch MB briefly; the rotating circle, then nothing. Now the program starts to launch, I see the program window, and tries to update and I get a windows dialog telling me that MB couldn't run due to an error, and Windoze would notify me if a solution was found. Ran TDS killer and RKill earlier also, nothing. GMER started and system shut down with BLUE SCREEN. Some of my other programs don't run; but that could be the System Restore.

After several uninstall and reinstalls of MB; I found that I could run Malwarebytes Pro, but only with my wireless connection turned off.

Program will not update no matter what, even tried offline definition update. I turned off Windoze firewall, even created a new rule for MBAM, added MBAM website to safe sites in browser; but program will start to launch, tries to update; then quits with that Windows dialog box previously mentioned

WHAT to do no NOW. I NEED my Malwarebytes.

PLEASE HELP!

  • If you have not done so already, include a clear description of the problems you're having, along with any steps you may have performed so far.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan again:

  • Download DDS by sUBs from the following link if you no longer have it available and save it to your destop.

    DDS.com Download Link
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explanation about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.
