I have file in my startup process "FAHconsole"  I cant seem to find out the purpose of this process. If it hass a purpose, does it need to be in the startup?

Do you participate in the Folding at Home project. FAHconsole is part of the Folding At Home client.

No it does not need to be in startup unless you set the FAH client to run while your machine is idle.
