Good Afternoon everyone,

My name is Syed and this is my first post on the forum. I'm desperate, I don't know why but whenever windows starts up to my desktop, none of my startup programs open. All I see are multiple windows saying the same thing about different programs; Windows cannot open this file. I cancel out of all of them and all of my programs appear as blank icons.

The only things that work are My Computer, and Chrome when I select "Use the web service to find the correct program"

I booted up in safe mode and still had the same problem. I'm willing to restore but I want to safely make sure I have all of my kids' baby photos.

Thanks
