Hello

I am think I may have a virus. Each time I open a browser I cannot open any web pages as the browser says it is trying to use a proxy server.

The computer is running windows 8. Is there a compatible version of DDS so that I can run a log to send.

Thanks

If you haven't tried already...Look in Internet Properties, Connections, LAN Settings. Uncheck Use a Proxy server.

Hello

Thanks for the tip but I have done that. The problem is that the settings keep changing back even during the same browsing session.
