Your symptom is that of no video output from the PC. So I suspect your video card has failed or the cable from the PC to the monitor is loose/worn. Be we can;

1. Try a known good monitor. If that still has no video, then...

2. Replace the vid-card or switch to on-board graphics. If on-board graphics work, then the vid-card has failed.

Let us know.

is there a vga connector or dvi connector on the back of your PC cabinet? it should be close to the audio jacks and situated upright instead of the horizontal config of your 660ti.

that is the onboard connector that you use as a backup.  you need to dislodge the 660ti from its slot first though and before you power up the machine without it, connect the vga or dvi from the rear of the PC cabinet.

just de-commisioning a 660ti would be a tremendous loss, only do so after you have exhausting all solution possibilities.

there could be quite a few things causing your 660ti to abort display output.  is there another PC you could install the 660ti in as a test?  what is your operating system?

i will be following this topic to answer any questions..

those are POST beeps. different motherboards have different beep codes for different prognoses.

can you boot into safe mode? if so that will enable a thorough procedure to get that 660ti configured correctly, which may solve the issue.
