Video Buffering

I am using a VPN software ( Zenmate ) to watch videos on a website and it was working fine but now it buffers the video after every 10 - 12 secs. I have a 1 mbps connection and my ISP doesnt provide support for proxies. I m using da same windows Xp, same Browser ( google chrome ) but I dont know the reason why it buffers that much. pls help !
