Changing how Intel Graphic Looks?

You could try to download it from Intel, by going to this page first that will allow you to select the location and language of your choice.

I can only download "Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility (Chipset INF)" It tells me that "A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver." for the rest.

When I try to download, it brings me to http://puu.sh/bkvB4/66ca251f72.png

The download center doesn't seem to work either.

What about going to the Manufaturer's website, in the location and language of your choice?

Surely the Intel Graphics drivers would be in the correct language, once you download and install them from that site.
