A few weeks ago, I posted in a forum to get help with installing Adobe Flash player. I did everything the gentleman asked me to do. He tried to help, then stated he thought I was infected because PastaQuotes was running in the background.

He said he moved my topic to the Am I infected forum, but I couldn't find it. I printed off the RKill instructions to remove PastaQuotes and PastaLeads from your website. Worked my way thru them. Re-booted my computer and it's still here. I still can't install Adobe Flash. It gets to 33% and I get the "lost connection" error.

I also ran the Emsisoft Anti-Malware tool. It says it has found 2 non-threatening items. I quarantine them and then delete.

Please help! I am not very computer literate, but I try. This is getting very frustrating.

Thank You!
