hi all, sorry to introduce myself with a problem but i need a bit of help.
when trying to install NT4 on a server i get to the section where you select the network adapter on the machine and i cant find the adapter anywere, it does'nt recognise it itself and when i click "select from list" the adapter is'nt there?
ive tried the card in another machine and it worked fine and the port its in was used by another card that worked.
ive tried downloading drivers and useing a floppy but no luck
also the lights are on on the card so its getting power
thanks in advance
jamie

Welcome to Bleeping Computer, jamiebain:

Are you using the latest Service Pack? The latest service pack for Windows NT4 Server is SP6a.
See here - Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6a
