There is a weird effect on my Acer GD235hzbid 3D vision monitor. When watching a movie for instance if there is a scene that has extremely dark colors, they will appear to be highlighted/glossy/shiny in a way. Here is a photo of the effect. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried to mess with the settings and nothing seemed to work. I have an Nvidia Geforce 770 with updated drivers. The monitor is not under warrenty. I have windows 7 and it's a computer I built myself. I would like to point out that this effect goes away when I plug another monitor in.

In the menu of the monitor there should be reset function. Reset the settings to default. Does that help?
