Windows 2000 Cd

i want to make a new windows 2000 professional cd. But when i make this new cd, i have seen other cd's install windows 2000 plus other software such as norton antivirus or other programs. How can i add these programs into the windows 2000 installation files before i burn them to a new cd?

I prefer to use the Sysprep tool with Symantec Ghost.

I copy my images to a portable hard disk.
