I used to be able to run league of legends at 60fps + at medium settings, but recently, I'm barely able to reach 35 at the lowest settings. Youtube videos are also occasionally choppy. My video card driver has crashed once and restarted itself once a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure if it's related.
here are my specs http://speccy.piriform.com/results/ZCChKMxqmIGRCbpOJfoGJgi

help would be appreciated

You have a pretty good pc so it may not have to do with your hardware. I would recommend updating your video card drivers and running a malware scan on your pc.

My video card is fully updated and there's no malware, no idea what it could be

run a speedtest.net broadband test and tell us what the down and up are.  Then compare to what you are paying for.

If connecting via wifi download and run xirrus wifi inspector and post a screen shot of what it sees
