Well I just built this computer, its about a week old. I get random pop-ups they dont look like viruses, they look like programs from my computer. They only appear on start up i get a icon on my desktop appearing and disappearing it looks like homegroup. I get my netgear adapter poping up a window .... Also, it looks like ai suite or ati pops up i dont know its very fast nd very annoying. I have a youtube video of it -- link: http://youtu.be/VzAUba38rtg
Please and thanks in advance!

Right click the task bar, go to Task Manager and go to your startup tab. Disable everything and enable one by one and see which prompts the popup. One of the startup entries is running some sort of script on startup, perhaps for updates of some type but it could be for many things.

You can use a program like Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel to remove it from the statup.  You would be able to use it afterward by clicking on it.  You can even create a icon on the desktop to open this.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
