Hello,

My partner is currently having BSOD errors on her 9 month old ASUS laptops (For the record she got the laptop before I met her, or she probably wouldn't have got an ASUS!  )

The error message is uploaded here:

mediafire.com/?ryvncc81h4tiuc0

The dump file is uploaded here:

mediafire.com/?ryvncc81h4tiuc0

My debugging skills are limited at best, but I put it through BlueScreenViewer and it's blaming the ntoskrnl.exe

Dump File Crash Time Bug Check String Bug Check Code Parameter 1 Parameter 2 Parameter 3 Parameter 4 Caused By Driver Caused By Address                                 082914-46312-01.dmp 29/08/2014 12:39:56 BAD_POOL_CALLER 0x000000c2 00000000`00000007 00000000`000011c1 00000000`0846d8e0 fffffa80`0846b2b0 ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+5

I was hoping it would list a specific issue like an individual driver which is causing the problem. I believe it mainly BSODs when the laptop is running automatic updates. The automatic repair feature isn't resolving the issues.

Any assistance in finding out what is causing the issue would be much appreciated!  :)

Please let me know if there is any other information I could provide that would help diagnose the cause.

Many thanks in advance!

Aaron
