Everytime I try to use Microsoft Office 365(Any product, excel, word, access, etc.), it crashes as soon as I get to the 'welcome screen'(where if offers to open a template or blank document). The program will stop responding, windows will try to troubleshoot, and then it force closes. I've tried running it in safe mode, and I've tried the Repair option in the control panel. I'm not sure how to proceed in diagnosing what my issue is. Can anyone help me out?

In cases like this, check to make sure your Windows Updates are configured to include Microsoft product updates as well, and check to make sure your Windows Updates are up to date.

Also, log into your admin portal, portal.microsoftonline.com, and in the right column, click the Download software link. Then, on the left side, click Desktop setup and run the desktop setup tool on your computer, making sure all Office applications are closed when you do this.

If the problem persists, post back.
