I am receiving constant dialog box alerts that read Whoa! Google Chrome has crashed. Relaunch Now?  And Google Chrome has stopped working.  I'm afraid this may be a virus.  Please help with suggestions to get rid of these notices.  I'm running windows 7 Home Premium SP 1 64 bit operating.
