photoshop cs3 won't delete!

Hi everyone!trying to fix my dad's photoshop problems!he had photoshop cs3 installed but at some point for some reason he unistalled it..after a few days he downloaded a virus so after taking care of it i performed a system restore before the virus was downloaded!so photoshop cs3 exit again!but it is not working!the error says "AMT subsystem failure: the licensing subsystem has failed catastrophically.You must reinstall or call customer support." it will not uninstall no matter what i do!!please HELP!!...

What have you tried?

 

Is the program reflected in Add/Remove Programs?

 

Uninstall Programs Via Command Prompt
