what do u think about the current video card I have is it enough for regular work and high definition videos or is worth upgrading

if the budget is ok around 100, then the upgrade is preferred for the media streaming and also, you can utilize multiple displays with the card added on.

Playing high definitions videos does not require a high end card but a simple budget card like the AMD HD6450 or Nvidia GT610 which will sufficiently play HD videos.
