I have a Dell 560 Inspiron, 6GB memory, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with an HP Photsmart Premium Fax C410a printer.  Lately I have been unable to print some Excel and Word files that have been sent to me by Dropbox.  When I try to print the file goes to "unresponsive" and I have to use the Taskmaster to get out of the file.  After this I can no longer print from anywhere, for instance my email.  If I restart my computer I can print from places like my email again, but get the same problem if I try to print from the dropbox.  Previously I could print from the dropbox.  I ran Nick Francesco's Security Tango, and a bunch of other cleaners, but still have the problem.  I only have starter versions of Excel and Word, but once again I could print from them previously.  And I also have the same problem if I try using Office Libre.  Any ideas?

Thanks for the help.  I found that the problem was Zone Alarm.  I had tried turning it off, without results, but I found that I had to uninstall it.  That worked.  I am now using Windows Firewall.
