Over 5 years ago I worked for a co. that subscribed to Cool Access for their email provider. When i left that co. they deleted me from their rolls. I now use gmail. If I send a request or question to a website that is listed in most sites the Cool Access email form pops up every 5 seconds. I have to leave that site and sometimes reset my computer to get rid of it. Whaaaatsgoin'on?

Did you install anything on your computer to use Cool Access? You may need to uninstall it.

Or it might be a browser add on, or something in the browser cache. Did you access your Cool Access email from a web browser? You might want to check and see if there are any add ons related to that email account. Failing that, you may just have to delete what's in your cache.

Guys! Please keep in mind I do not speak the language so you are over my
head. I hate to ask but spell it out for me. I have deleted the cache
several times for other glitches in the past. I have not worked for that
co. for over 5 years. This only happens when there is an email address on a
site that I want to get in touch with and when I click on the email address
the CA email form pops up. I can click on the X and it will go away for 5
secs. and come right back repeatedly. I can write the address down and go
to gmail and send my inquiry. Would there not be something in my files that
would say Cool Access?

Google chrome. But now,  that reminds me I might have been using Int. Exp. at home at the time I left that co.
