Help With Win Fixer Problem

hey how are you guys doing? I wanted to know if anybody could help me out with this annoying problem. I don't know too much about computers but I can figure it out if somebody can tell me what to use and how to remove this spyware. I have a dell computer with windows xp. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
