Hey all, I have a couple of questions, but I'll start with what I think will be the easy one first :)

In my home network, I have a pc, laptop and printer.  Recently, I have been unable to print from my laptop when before, it was never a problem.  I really have no idea where to start to fix this.  Any help will be much appreciated.

The first thing to do, if you have not already done so, is uninstall all the printer software from your laptop.

Reinstall and see if that resolves your printing issue.

If you do not have the install disk for the printer, check the printer manufacturer web site for the install files.

I suggest you do this first: download and save the files before uninstalling.
