Why I couldn't use JRT? It doesn't work in my Windows XP-SP3. In the Register I have three fields of Baidu Antivirus, and I couldn't keep it out, I could cleaned it from the Regedit. If possible, the answers to my question, in Portuguese or Spanish. Thanks.

:welcome: to Bleeping Computer.

Sometimes there isn't a clear explanation as to why JRT does not run properly without the developer having access to more specific information. You can ask the developer (thisisu) a question, report an issue or suggestion in this topic which he monitors for issues with JRT.

I can assure you that thisisu welcomes feedback and reads all suggestions, comments and concerns provided by users. What changes he chooses to make in regards to any issues is up to him as he makes the final decision.

If you need individual assistance with malware infection, you can start a new topic in the Am I infected? What do I do? forum OR follow the instructions provided in the Malware Removal and Log Section Preparation Guide starting at Step 6.
  • If you cannot complete a step, then skip it and continue with the next.
  • In Step 6 there are instructions for downloading and running DDS which will create two logs. (Note: Windows 8.1 Users will not be able run DDS and create a log)
When you have done that, post your logs in the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs forum, NOT here, for assistance by the Malware Response Team.
