All workstations in this story are capable hardware-wise, Windows 7 64-bit with patches current of the July cycle(Don't judge, QA has been brutal this month)
To answer the obvious questions, yes, we are 100% sure the patch is the cause of this. The webapp works for those without the patch, doesn't work for those with the patch. No cert issues in play. This is just one of about 5 issues we are having with this patch in our environment, but it is the one that makes the least sense.
