I'm trying to connect to a network printer and can't because of this error. All the results from my google searches have been Windows 7 specific and haven't applied to my situation. By that I mean I tried quite a few of the win7 solutions with no effect. I'm running 8.1. I can find no instances of the printer driver anywhere on my machine, corrupted or otherwise. It's a HP Color LaserJet 3600. Any ideas are welcome, thanks!
