no video signal on newly built computer

i recently upgraded a very old computer with a new motherboard, processor with integrated graphics, ram

and hard drive. i set everything up, connected it, but my screen does not recognize it. i did not install the old cd and dvd drives, since i am still waiting for cables. any suggestions?

no power for the cpu... got the problem. for anyone having similar issues i can only suggest this post:
