I cant get this PHP code to work

Hi, i am new to the PHP scene and am having trouble getting this PHP code i found to work. I found it here:

what editor are you using for this?  Also its easier to read and error check if you stager (indent) your tags. 

Here is some info on using If statements in PHP.

PHP Manual UMV

 

It explains what you need to place inside of the If statements to check them.

 

Also here is a guide from Wired for PHP.

 

What server are you running this aganist?  PHP.net will not run without a server.  You will need to install one localy or use google or amazons servers to run aganist.  The Wired PHP guide goes through this. 

 

Any other questions let us know.  Also, send the report (if any) for the vaildation... just remove the IPs if you want.
