hi wondered if anybody could help me. im running windows xp and my windows media player wont open. an error message comes up - 'an internal application error has occured' does anybody know why this is happening and wat i can do to resolve this??

Hello sammyd
Try this..
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regsvr32 jscript.dll, and then click OK.
3. Click OK.
4. Click Start, and then click Run.
5. In the Open box, type regsvr32 vbscript.dll, and then click OK.
6. Click OK.

oh my god yes!! thanks mate, ur a legend. these solutions seem so simple but how u people know these things is a mystery to me.
