Brought computer back from sleep mode and the BSOD 0x0F7 was up. Restarted the computer normally and did some minor research. So far all I've found in the Event Log were 3 errors in the last hour.

Event ID 1001 - BugCheck

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x000000f7 (0x0000077ffcaa4f2f, 0x0000f88e9053d9d7, 0xffff07716fac2628, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: .

Event ID 1005 - BugCheck

Unable to produce a minidump file from the full dump file.

Event ID 6008 - EventLog

The previous system shutdown at 4:35:39 PM on ‎8/‎18/‎2014 was unexpected.

Just curious what step I should take next.

Unless you continue to get bsod's, don't worry about it. If you do, post back and we'll help you work through it.
