Try these instructions. Apparently it runs continuously in the background, so you have to shut it down first before you can uninstall it. http://knctr.com/uninstall/

It appears to be a VoIP program of some sort, although a not very trustworthy one.  http://www.shouldiremoveit.com/Knctr-9763-program.aspx

It doesn't give you the option to disable it or shut it down?

At this point, I would recommend asking the forum moderator to move this to the Am I infected? forum.

Find   Itibiti.exe    in task manager.....kill it.......then uninstall using   Revo Uninstaller Free

Double click Revo Uninstaller to run it.
From the list of programs double click on The Program to remove
When prompted if you want to uninstall this program, click Yes.
Be sure the Moderate option is selected then click Next.
The program will run, If prompted again click Yes
when the built-in uninstaller is finished click on Next.
Once the program has searched for leftovers....(be patient here ! ) click Next.
Check/tick the bolded items Only, then click  DELETE
When prompted click on Yes and then on next.
put a check on any folders that are found and select delete
when prompted select yes then on next
    Once done click Finish.

How to use Revo Uninstaller

Even if you can remove it with Revo, I still recommend treating this as a virus. If you look at the shouldiremoveit.com link, there are known malware issues with this program.
