Hello, I would like to know if this program Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 with Service Pack 1 allows you to record video and audio of what is on the screen and save it with the free version?

I don't really understand the description of the program on Microsoft's website:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24601&e6b34bbe-475b-1abd-2c51-b5034bcdd6d2=True&751be11f-ede8-5a0c-058c-2ee190a24fa6=True&fa43d42b-25b5-4a42-fe9b-1634f450f5ee=True

Also, apparently one of the requirements for this is .NET Framework 4.0. If i go to Programs and Features, it says I have .NET Framework 1.1 .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and .NET Framework 4.5.1, will this work or must I specifically install .NET Framework 4.0?

Also it says it requires Silverlight 4.0, I don't have Silverlight, will this matter?

Thank you!
