I have had continual problems with my newer Samsung laptop with windows 8 since I purchased it. I was just

recently told to start a new topic here by Malware Response Team. You can look back and see the problems

that I have been having. One is an account unknown (S-1-15-3-4096). ( not the full #) I have also tried to reset

to factory a few times along with it resetting itself when I try to update to windows 8.1 and it does not remove

all or restore to complete factory settings. I can only think of one possible problem that when I first used/opened

this computer it synched with my old computer on my Microsoft account (I believe) which is windows vista and

had a workgroup. I didn't know not to synch settings and/or computers.

I just also noticed when I downloaded something it downloaded to users/public desktop. This doesn't seem

I sincerely would appreciate the help,
