Hello everybody,

When I do an online scan with http://housecall.trendmicro.com/, it says I have a trojan called Troj istbar.ag.
I tried ad-aware, spybot and Norton to fix it but they don't recognize it as a virus/spy...

Here's my hijackthis logfile:

I dont see anything wrong with this log. It is possible the file is stored in System restore which the virus scanners will not be able to get to.

Do this:

Disable System Restore. You can find instructions on how to enable and reenable system restore here:

Windows XP System Restore Guide

Renable system restore with instructions from tutorial above

Then run the virus scan again and see if it finds it.
