I'm having to use my phone to post this. I was asking someone on the virus removal team to help me fix my computer and now I can't use it at all. I don't know what they did. But it just continuously reboots. I'm almost in tears... we were robbed and all our stuff was stolen except for this.. it has all our pictures ... all our home movies.... there are no backups. It has school reports and my resume.

It reboots...
Then says windows was not shut down properly and asked me how I would like to restart. When I slept any of the options it just restarts again and asks me how I would like to load the computer.

You need to post this information into your original topic. Your helper should be able to rectify the issue.

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
