Color console program repeat last command that was used

I tried to google it but couldn't find an answer.

Any one have an idea how can I repeat the last command that was used on Color console program ?
In DOS for instance we use upper arrow

I realize this is an old topic but ya never know if the person still wants to know or if it will help someone else out.  In DOS the function key F3 was used to repeat last command.  The up arrow was added as a function of other versions of DOS like DRDOS and others.
