Are the transferred letters always the same?
Has your friend tried using another keyboard to see if it is a hardware problem?
Has this just recently happened?
Cheers,
John

No.

We don't have enough information about the problem. to help.
It may be a keyboard problem or otherwise.

I suggest taking the system to a qual'd tech for a check.

Sorry there Mate.

You just haven't provided enough information to help us help her.

Might be malware, but... sounds more like a hardware problem.
