Im Having Problems With What I Think Is Malware

i fought with this Dialer.DialPlatform for 5 hours last night in both normal and safe mode trying to delete it, i realy hope you can help me. here is my HijackThis log

i have gotin advice from another friend who is certified to handle this stuf, and since i cant use a virsus scanner besides symantec i have to reimage my computer on monday, but that you anyway
