Does the Panasonic show up in the list of printers? And did you direct the print job to be sent to it?

This site has a driver circa Jan2013. It might be worth a try,  http://panasonic.net/pcc/products/printer/download/p1121edownload.html .

This Microsoft site might have some useful info also ... http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/panasonic-printer-kx-p1121-driver-for-windows-7/e002e734-b2c3-4a31-bdf6-bb8046c0f66f .

Hi napierr! :)

I need your Event Viewer logs. Here's how to save them:

1) Press win+r, type in eventvwr and press enter.

2) In Event Viewer I'd like you to expand "Windows logs" tree >> right click on an Application log >> choose Save all events as >> application.evtx .

3) I also would like you to do same thing with the System log and save it as system.evtx

4) Compress them to .zip or .rar and upload somewhere, so I can inspect them.
