When my pc boots up I get this message : windows cant open this file, Norton GoBack.ink.disabled

How do I stop it happening ?

What version of GoBack is on your PC ?

ok. if you are unable to find a version.....can you tell me if you have any other Norton products installed on the PC....such as Norton internet security etc ...?

Assuming your answer is No.....there are no other Norton products on your computer, (use of the following tool will uninstall any Norton product and possibly leave your pc without protection)

 

Run THIS
