I just connected to an 18.5 inch LCD Product Name P2107W, I think it is an Energy Star.

A friend is selling it and so I am giving it a try.

I know nothing about it except pluging it i.

I am getting a pop up that says Staples and Volume 100% I cant make it go away,

it operates all by itself appears and disappears ?

Have any idea where I can get a manual for this and maybe get to know what 's

going on ?

Not based on the present nomenclature. Energy Star is is an energy compliance tool issued by the EPA. Not a brand name.

ENERGY STAR is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency voluntary program that helps businesses and individuals save money and protect our climate through superior energy efficiency

Hmmmm, . . well the product name is P2107W if thats any help ?

I think it is a Staples product

but seems there is no direct path to a manual that I can find

If I can get a name that is familiar with otherws maybe I can start another thread and title it with the name

As I said the nomenclature you have provided thus far, including P2107W. Does not return any search hits for a monitor, Staples brand or otherwise.
