That's pretty much it...

Why the hell can't my computer run flash games without 2 milisecond pauses every one to three seconds? It runs Skyrim flawlessly. I suppose it is quite old, but either ways, this is strange. It happened with my old desktop too. After it got old, I could run an MMO smooth, but once it came to flash games it just "lagged". It doesn't run a sensible framerate, and inexplicably freezes for the duration of about a milisecond every few seconds.

Try uninstalling Flash Player by going into control panel and add/remove programs (or programs and features), then download and install flash player again.

I believe this is the download link for Flash Player: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

(Make sure you uncheck the optional offer McAfee Security Scan Plus)

Have you tried a different browser?

Do you have too many add-ons at once?

It might help if you answered these questions:

What browser are you using and what version?

What website(s) are you trying to use with Flash Player?

What operating system are you using?

HP Pavillion

Legitimately, ANY flash game. It seems to be that just over time my computer slows on flash.

Chrome, but you could be right, I should try out a different browser.

Thanks.

Well, try clearing out the Cache and/or Cookies. If you don't know how to do that, look here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582?hl=en

Or you could use CCleaner to clear out junk files like temporary files, internet cache, cookies, just don't use the registry cleaner unless you really know what your doing or you have backed up your registry:

http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Heres some info on how to use CCleaner:

http://www.howtogeek.com/113382/how-to-use-ccleaner-like-a-pro-9-tips-tricks/

https://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/using-ccleaner

http://www.wikihow.com/Use-CCleaner

Make sure you don't delete saved passwords or bookmarks. Also, double check you don't need anything thats in the recycle bin before you run CCleaner as it clears the recycle bin.
