I would like to know how to allow only certain apps to be available to users during RD sessions? Right now each user can see all programs(apps) installed on the terminal server. Is there a GPO that I can set to customize which apps are available?

You could use AppLocker, RemoteApp manager or software restriction policies in group policy.
