I am receiving a message that says YOUR BROWSER HAS BEEN BLOCKED and I can not close the browser please help me fix this 

I have an acer  google chromebook

Maybe I'm misreading the issue here, but I have the impression that for a non-Windows OS the common instruction is to reset the browser:
