So I'm trying to fix my cousin's computer, for some reason they disabled the admin account. Using the command net user administrator /active:no. This wouldn't be a big deal to re-enable, but there's only other account other than the admin account a user account. The problem is that other account has parental controls on it, and the only way to re-enable the admin account is with a password, but since the admin account was disabled it seems to be glitched as the previous password is no longer working.
