Windows 8.1 pro memory leak

Hi every one i have a memory leak on my pc. it has started before and it was so bad i decided to re install 8.1 and it got fixed instantly. now a few month later after formatting all my disk it is happening again. i have tried re installing 8.1 3 times now and all head the memory leak my system is in dutch but there are translations next to the images  NckR5MQ.png in the systeam task manager i have selected non paged pool. the specs of my pc is Cpu I7 4770 Gpu GTX770 Memory 8GB (dont know brand) OS windows 8.1 pro (non pirated)

I am not seeing anything out of the ordinary in your picture. If you're refering to Chrome that is due to mupltiple tabs being open and the plugins running.
