How is it that I go about repairing the issue with, "Failed to Connect to a Windows Service"?

Just a heads up for future posts, make sure you give atleast a vague description of your problem on the topic title, otherwise alot of people that might know how to fix it may just ignore the topic on the list. 



Also Google is your friend.
