how can one restore a deleted sound driver in a computer. whenever I click on the speaker image in the toolbar, it shows ''no audio output device is installed'' please I need help

You can try this:

Press "Win+X"

Select "Device Manager"

Right click on "Sound"

Select "Scan for hardware changes"

Or if you double click on "Sound" as above and your device is listed:

Right click on that device and select "update driver software"
