hello I am not having this issue my son is any help would be greatly appreciated as I got no where with dell. The computer my son is using was purchased by a leasing company and he's still making payments therefore his warranty is still good until 2016 but they tell me that its only good for hardware, My son has a virus on his computer that is causing redirecting, pop ups and a constant announcement from avast telling him a virus has been blocked has anyone got any ideas on how to remove the virus. Dell was supposed to do this yesterday as I spent over an hour with them they did something with "tweeking.com" that took over an hour and then promptly told me I had to pay that has never happened before with dell. I need help now this computer is causing grief. I am still paying for it and very discouraged thank you so very much

Any help thank you!!!
