I had a program downloaded that I didn't recognize so I Googled it and this website recommended that I download Malwarebytes to remove. So I did and and my computer now will not stay in one brightness mode, going from normal to black. I haven't noticed any other problems.

How should I fix this?

Is it a laptop? If so, which make and model?
