Floppy Error "Cant Boot Into Bios

Hi, when turning on computer (

eMachines ET1161) it start in a error screen saying floppy error 40

ithought i just boot into bios turn off floppy, but can not get into bios try all F2 Del F1-f12 Ect Boot order(F8) nothen

no way in i tryed un plunging Harddrive,then  back to F1-F12 to get in nope. Tryed each ram stick one at a time then F1- F12, didnt work

tryed putting in a floppy drive,didnt have one install at time of problem. Nothen ?>??? My guess motherbord  A bad bios.

Before you replace the motherboard have you disconnected the AC poweer, removed the BIOS battery for a couple of minutes and then replaced both and tried to boot?
